Yuvana Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Term: You have 14 days after receiving your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, these must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions: For hygienic reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights and certain care products.

Initiating the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@yuvana.nl with your order number, reason for return, possibly a photo of the product in case of damage, and your contact details.

Refund:

Process: Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to approve or reject your refund. If approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or no refund: If you have not received a refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If you still have not received it, please contact us at info@yuvana.nl

Costs:

Return Shipping Costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you provide a Track & Trace code for your return as we are not responsible for lost returns. Return shipping must be sent to China, and costs start from €20 and are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions:

Defective or incorrect products: Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a new product free of charge. If it still goes wrong the second time, you will receive the full purchase price back.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed due to our automated system.
